Degenerated discs, are often demonstrated with disc height loss and with the flexible models that are crafted, disc height loss can be shown dynamically.
This can be quite revealing to a patient when there is hypermobility, for example, and the annular fibres are sensitive or the facets are imbricating causing pain to trigger.
A dynamic model can help empower a patient about self awareness of posture and wind down the pain sensitivity.
